E-Hors has its own PABX system based on the Asterisk Open Source system, which is the most widely used system in the world, in particular for call centers.
E-Hors has optimized Asterisk for the hospitality industry. Housekeeping, the Guest Service System, SMS alerts are all fully integrated using the PABX system. Although E-Hors prefers to use simple and cheap SIP phones (soft or phone) as staff and room phones, more expensive IP phones, smart phones as well as analog phones are supported.
